PARKING
Parking on designated areas.
GETTING AROUND IN THE FOREST
There is an overview map by the parking area, as well as printed paper maps.
BE AWARE
Keep an eye on your children.
Visits and play take place at your own risk.
Be aware when walking close to water.
This is a living forest and there is wildlife.
PHYSICALLY DISBABLED
It is a challenge for wheel chairs but please let us know in advance and we will try to help whatever the disability.
RESTROOMS
There are composting toilets located by the parking area.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. If your dog needs to poo remember to cover it with leaves.
GUIDED TOURS
We offer guided tours and workshops, tailored your needs.
FOOD
Packed lunches are welcome and can be enjoyed several places throughout the forest.
We are hoping to establish a small cafe truck to serve waffles, drinks, ice cream, and afternoon tea.
BBQ AND FIRE
There is a Norwegian Fire ban from 15th April - 15th September. Unfortunately Bbqs or fires will not be permitted in the forest during this time.
